Man's body found in Narayanganj canal

Police recovered the body of a man from DND canal of Narayanganj's Siddirganj area on Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Md Mohsin, 39, son of Mujibur Rahman, a resident of Word No.4 in Narayanganj city corporation.
It was learnt that local people spotted the body in the canal in the morning and informed the police.
On information, police recovered the body and sent it to a hospital for autopsy, said Md Mojammal Haque, inspector (investigation) of Siddirganj Police Station.
The reason behind the death would be known after the autopsy, the police official added.
