Police recovered the bodies of two teenagers from separate places of Mymensingh district on Sunday.
However, the identities of the deceased two could not be known immediately. Police sources said that efforts are underway to find out their identities.
Confirming the discoveries, Gouripur Police Station officer-in-charge Md Jahangir Alam said they have recovered a blood-stained body of teen girl from a bush at Fatehpur village under Ramgopalpur union of Gouripur upazila. The body with several blood spots and a scarf tied around her neck, was sent to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.
Meanwhile, a police team from Bhaluka Police Station recovered the body of another unidentified teen from a bush adjacent to Randia Munsibari bridge under Dheetpur union of Bhaluka upazila, said officer-in-charge of the police station Shah Kamal Akanda.
The actual reasons behind the deaths of the duo would be unveiled after investigation and legal actions will be taken further, added the police sources from the both police stations.
