Couple found dead in N'ganj rented house

Police recovered the bodies of a man and his wife from their rented house at Siddhirganj upazila in Narayanganj district on Friday afternoon.

The deceased were Abul Kalam, 62, son of Khalil Munsi from Mijmiji Batanpara area in the upazila, and his wife Amena Begum, 57, from the same area.

According to locals, they both were lived in a rented house adjacent to Painadi Rekmat Ali School in the upazila. They left behind two sons who used to live elsewhere. The husband and wife had been suffering from paralysis for a long time.

Confirming the recovery, Siddhirganj Police Station officer-in-charge Al Mamun said there were no injury marks in the bodies and the actual reason behind the death would be known after autopsy.
