Van driver found dead in Gaibandha

The body of an auto van driver was recovered by police in Sadullapur upazila of Gaibandha on Sunday. 

The deceased Raihan Mia, 40, was son of the late Samsul Haque and a resident of Joyenpur village in Bongram union. 
According to family members, Raihan had a dispute with his wife over a family dispute. In apparent frustration, around midnight on Saturday, he secretly went behind his house and hanged himself from a mango tree. After a while, family members found him hanging and rushed him to the Sadullapur Upazila Health Complex where the attending doctors declared him dead.

Sadullapur Police Station officer-in-charge Taj Uddin Khan said, "We retrieved the body from the health complex on Saturday night. After preparing a preliminary report, the body was sent to the Gaibandha morgue on Sunday morning for an autopsy."
