Fire at Ukhiya Rohingya camp, 10 units working

A fire broke out at a Rohingya camp in Cox's Bazar's Ukhiya around 12:30PM on Tuesday.

Ten fire fighting units and army personnel are trying to douse the blaze that originated beside CIC office in C-5 block of Kutupalang Lombashia camp-1.

Confirming the fire incident, Ukhiya Police Station OC Arif Hossain said due to wind, the fire spread soon.

But the reason behind the blaze could not be known. Police force are also on the scene, he added.
