Man killed as three-wheeler overturns in Kurigram

The accident occurred around 11:00 AM in Bagbhandar village under the Sadar union.  

The deceased, identified as Rasel Mia, 25, was son of Azizul Haque from the same village.  

According to reports, Rasel left home in the morning to transport soil via his vehicle. As he approached Camp mor area on the Bhurungamari-Bagbhandar road, the vehicle lost control and overturned. Rasel was trapped beneath the overturned vehicle.

Locals rushed to rescue him and brought him to Bhurungamari Upazila Health Complex where doctors declared him dead upon arrival.  

Dr. ASM Sayem, the Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer, stated that Rasel had passed away on the way to the hospital. 

Bhurungamari Police Station investigation officer Nandalal Chowdhury confirmed the incident.
