Call for immediate payment of wage, allowance to industrial workers before Eid

Dr Abdullah Al Naser, Ameer of Bangladesh Islami Party, has called for the immediate payment of Eid wages and bonuses to workers in industrial factories.

In a statement issued on Sunday, Dr. Naser said that although the government instructed factory owners to pay wages and bonuses by March 12, many workers have still not received their dues. Every year, as Eid approaches, workers from several factories are forced to protest to demand their rightful payments.
