Crimes against humanity: Verdict against Hanif, 3 others any day

The International Crimes Tribunal-2 will deliver its judgement any day against four individuals, including Awami League Joint General Secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif, in a crimes against humanity case over the killing of six people in Kushtia during the July Uprising.

After presenting arguments from both  the prosecution and defence, the judicial panel of the ICT-2 kept the case pending for judgement.

The three other accused are Kushtia district Awami League President and former Zila Parishad chairman Sadruddin Khan, district Awami League General Secretary Azgar Ali and Kushtia city Awami League General Secretary Ataur Rahman Ata.
