Uttara Bank declares 30pc dividend

Uttara Bank PLC declared 30% (25% stock and 5% cash) dividend for the year -2025 and passed the Annual Report -2025 along with the profit and loss account in its 43rd Annual General Meeting held on 15 June 2026 at Digital Platform.

The meeting was presided over by Azharul Islam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank. Iftekharul Islam, Vice Chairman of the Board, Md Abul Hashem, Managing Director and CEO and other directors also attended the meeting.
