Chuti Group has unveiled its Vision 2030 outlining plans to contribute to the hospitality infrastructure, employment generation, and sustainable tourism development of Bangladesh as the country’s tourism sector is continuing to expand.
Founded in 2012, Chuti Group began its journey with the objective of providing people with opportunities for relaxation and recreation away from the pressures of urban life. Inspired by the philosophy of Rabindranath Tagore's poem Chuti, the company has gradually expanded its footprint in the country's tourism and hospitality sector over the past 14 years.
Starting with Chuti Resort Gazipur, the group now operates four tourism-focused properties, Chuti Resort Gazipur, Chuti Resort Purbachal, Chuti Resort Pubail, and Chuti Forest Eagle Resort in Sreemangal. Together, these facilities offer more than 151 rooms and cottages and have served over 2.2 million guests, said a press release on Monday.
The resorts cater to a wide range of visitors, providing facilities for day-long outings, overnight stays, corporate programs, workshops, family gatherings, destination weddings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and extraordinary general meetings (EGMs). Recreational amenities include swimming pools, boating, kayaking, horse riding, cycling, fishing, children's play areas, and other leisure activities.
As part of its industry engagement, Chuti Group has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with more than 200 organizations, including banks, NGOs, INGOs, fashion brands, and foundations. According to the company, these partnerships are intended to offer customers additional benefits while strengthening collaboration across different sectors.
The company also works with tourism and hospitality departments of universities and with Bangladesh Tourism Corporation to support tourism education, research, professional skills development, and industry awareness. Alongside its business operations, Chuti Group conducts corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives focusing on environmental conservation, tree plantation, community development, and public awareness programs.
Beyond hospitality operations, the company has expanded into tourism-related investment projects in locations including Purbachal, Pubail, Cox's Bazar, Sreemangal, and the Dhaka"Khulna Highway corridor. Ongoing developments include Chuti Harmony, Chuti Beach Resort, Saltanat Tea Resort, and Saltanat Highway Village.
During its 14-year journey, the company has received several recognitions, including the Best Leading Resort in Dhaka Award 2025 and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Certification in 2026.
According to the company, its Vision 2030 targets serving 1,000 rooms daily by the end of the decade. The initiative is expected to contribute to improving access to hospitality services, creating new employment opportunities, strengthening tourism infrastructure, and supporting the continued growth of Bangladesh's tourism industry.
Chuti Group says it aims to continue expanding its presence through projects that promote sustainable tourism while contributing to the country's broader economic and social development.
