Karnaphuli Insurance approves 10pc cash dividend

Karnaphuli Insurance PLC shareholders unanimously approved 10% cash dividend for the year 2025at its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Thursday on Digital Platform, says a press release.
 
The Chairman Nizam Uddin Ahmed presided over the meeting.   Vice-Chairman Nasir Uddin Ahmed, Director Riaz Uddin Ahmed, Raquiba Banu, Sabita Ferdushi, Dilruba Sharmin,Umme Khadiza Meghna, Independent Directors Md. Hafizullah and Mahbuba Hossain were present on the occasion. 

Chief Executive Officer ANM Fazlul Karim Munshi, Chief Financial Officer Md. Moin Uddin, ABIA, FCS and Company Secretary FJM Hafiza Sultana were also present in the meeting. 

All the agenda have been approved by the shareholders.
