Rupali Bank Securities holds 13th AGM

 
Rupali Bank Securities Ltd, a subsidiary of Rupali Bank PLC, held its 13th annual general meeting on Monday, said a press release.

Rupali Bank Securities chairman Kazi Md Wahidul Islam, also Rupali Bank managing director, presided over the meeting held at the company’s head office at Motijheel in the capital.

Rupali Bank Securities directors Tahmina Akhter and Md Harunur Rashid, who are also Rupali Bank deputy managing directors, were present.

Among others, Financial Institutions Division deputy secretary and Rupali Bank Securities director Afsana Bilkis, Rupali Bank directors Md Akram Hossain, Md Wahiduzzaman Khandaker, Rupali Bank general manager and Rupali Bank Securities chief executive officer Shikdar Faruk E Azam and Rupali Bank general manager Md Ismail Hossain Sheikh attended the meeting.

Rupali Bank Securities company secretary Ariful Islam conducted the meeting.
