Ilias Kanchan returning home after 15-month

Kanchan, accompanied by his son-in-law Ariful Islam Collins, is scheduled to land in Dhaka this afternoon.

'Nirapad Sarak Chai' president Liton Ershad said that this return is not for long. He will have to return to London before August 14. Because Ilias Kanchan will be tested again there on August 15.

Sources said that the actor has completed 60 cycles of chemotherapy. Though his health condition did not improve much as per their expectations, his family members took the decision of bringing him back from London as per his own wish.

Kanchan was staying in London since April last year and underwent brain surgery in August last year. Unfortunately, the whole tumour could not be removed by doctors because of its complex nature.
