Chhatra-dal central president Rakibul Islam Rakib has urged activists to remain patient and tolerant, however, if any terrorist tries to create anarchy, launch attack or carry out sabotage using homemade weapons, they must be resisted in whatever manner necessary.

The remarks were made by him on Tuesday (August 4) night at Dhaka University campus while addressing metropolitan Chhatra-dal leaders and activists at a rally.

Earlier, Rakib led a protest march by Chhatra-dal leaders and activists on the campus. During the march, activists raised slogans against Shibir.

He thanked the leaders and activists present and asked them to maintain patience and tolerance.

He also called on activists to remain alert, saying everyone must stay vigilant so that no terrorist group can create sabotage in the country.
