Luxury condominiums around the world are setting new records for comfort, design and price. These residential towers offer much more than an apartment. They provide a complete luxury lifestyle with world-class facilities, privacy and exclusive services for wealthy buyers.
Luxury condominiums offer facilities that go far beyond ordinary apartment living. Residents enjoy 24-hour concierge service, private elevators, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, luxury spas, fitness centres, private cinemas, wine cellars, landscaped gardens, business lounges, children's play areas, smart-home technology, valet parking and advanced security systems.
Some of these developments are directly connected to five-star hotels. This allows residents to enjoy hotel-style services such as housekeeping, room service, wellness facilities and personalised assistance throughout the day.
Experts say buyers of these properties are not simply purchasing an apartment. They are investing in privacy, security, premium services and a prestigious address. Many of these homes are owned by business leaders, celebrities, royalty and high-net-worth individuals from around the world.
The prices of these luxury condominiums may seem unbelievable to ordinary people. Yet they show how the global luxury housing market continues to grow, with buyers willing to spend thousands of crores of taka for a home that offers unmatched comfort, exclusivity and status.
As cities continue to build upward, these iconic condominium towers have become symbols of modern architecture and luxury living. From London and New York to Monaco and Bangkok, they represent the highest standard of residential life in the world.
One Hyde Park in London is one of the most famous condominium developments in the world. A penthouse in the building is valued at around US$227 million to US$250 million, which is approximately Tk 2,770 crore to Tk 3,050 crore. It is widely regarded as one of the world's most prestigious residential addresses.
Another landmark is Central Park Tower in New York City. The building is the world's tallest residential skyscraper. Its penthouse has been offered for as much as US$250 million, or about Tk 3,050 crore, making it one of the most expensive apartments ever put on the market.
432 Park Avenue, another iconic residential tower in New York, is also among the world's most luxurious condominiums. A penthouse in the building is valued at around US$95 million, equal to about Tk 1,160 crore.
In the tiny European country of Monaco, Tour Odéon has become a symbol of luxury living. Premium apartments in the building are priced at around US$66 million, or about Tk 805 crore. The tower is known for its elegant design and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.
