Under this project, an 11-storey RAB headquarters building will be constructed on a 15-storey foundation. The facility will include the Director General’s office, three basement levels, ground-floor parking, and other necessary amenities.

The project also includes construction of a three-storey magazine and court building, a three-storey sub-centre building, warehouses, pumps and reservoirs, deep tube wells, water supply and distribution systems, internal roads, a vehicle-washing facility, rainwater harvesting facilities, a saluting platform, electrical and mechanical systems, external electrical connections, lifts, air-conditioning facilities and a local network.
