Meghna Bank Securities okays 5pc cash dividend

Meghna Bank Securities Ltd approved 5 per cent final cash dividend for the financial year 31st December 2025 at its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at Conference Hall (Level 08), Medona Tower, 28 Mohakhali, Dhaka recently, says a press release. 
Habibur Rahman, chairman of Meghna Bank Securities Ltd, presided over the Meeting.
In addition, Syed Mizanur Rahman, Vice-Chairman, Md Sadiqur Rahman, Director and TREC Holder Representative, I Q M Abdul Jalil, Director, Sajib Kumar Saha, Director, Md Sadekul Islam, CEO and Md. Jasim Uddin, Company Secretary were also present in the meeting.
