Bank Asia signs MoU with Akij Renewable Energy for auto loan

Bank Asia PLC has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Akij Renewable Energy and Automobiles Ltd to offer exclusive auto loan privileges to customers.

Under the partnership, Bank Asia will provide attractive and convenient auto loan facilities to individual customers for the purchase of electric vehicles from Akij Renewable Energy and Automobiles Ltd, says a press release.

The agreement was formally signed at a ceremony held recently, at Bank Asia Tower in Karwan Bazar, Dhaka. Md Zahed Chowdhury, Head of Asset Retail Banking Division, Bank Asia PLC, and Sayed Joynul Abedin, Chief Executive Officer, Operations, Akij Renewable Energy and Automobiles Ltd, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations.
