Bangladesh Open University BA-BSS examinations begin today

The BA and BSS examinations-2025 of Bangladesh Open University (BOU) will begin across the country today (Friday) at 288 centres located at various government and private colleges and educational institutions.

According to BOU, a total of 247,013 students from the first to sixth semesters will sit for the examinations. Of them, 145,577 are male and 101,436 are female.

As per the university’s schedule, the examinations will be held every Friday and Saturday in morning and afternoon shifts and will continue until November 6.

The university authorities have taken necessary measures to ensure the examinations are conducted smoothly and in a peaceful, fair and cheating-free environment, with support from local administrations.

BOU vigilance teams will also monitor examination centres to ensure compliance with regulations.
