Transfer of 14 senior police officers

Additional and assistant superintendents of police fourteen in number have been transferred and posted to various units and districts.
The transfer orders have been issued in two different notifications by Police Headquarters on Tuesday (August 25) signed by Inspector General of Police Md Ali Hossain Fakir.
They include Gazipur Additional Superintendent of Police Khandaker Ashfakuzzaman, who has been transferred to Barguna, while Magura Additional Superintendent of Police Shah Shibli Sadik has been transferred to Gazipur. Additional Superintendent of Police, Police Headquarters Zakir Hossain Sumon has been posted to DMP as additional deputy police commissioner.
Other officers have been transferred to Gaibandha, Khagrachhari, APBN, Moulvibazar, Satkhira, Jhenaidah and Sylhet, among others.
