BD expands Boeing deal

US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor has praised President Donald Trump in a post on X, calling him “the Greatest JOBS President in American History” following a multi-billion-dollar aerospace agreement secured with Bangladesh.

Gor, who is also Trump’s special envoy for South and Central Asia, said in the post that the US president “works tirelessly every day to create millions of high-paying jobs, drive trillions of dollars in investment, and reinvigorate the economy.”

Attributing the economic milestone directly to White House leadership, Gor highlighted a recent agreement reached between President Trump and Prime Minister Tarique Rahman.

According to the ambassador’s post, Bangladesh has committed to spending billions of dollars to buy more Boeing aircraft, expanding significantly on its initial fleet order.�"bdnews24
