Bangladesh will tour Nepal in March 2027 to play a three-match T20 series, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) confirmed on Wednesday.
The matches will be held in Kathmandu on March 26, 28 and 30.
The series will be dedicated to the victims of the recent deadly floods in Nepal.
Nepal’s Ambassador to Bangladesh Ghanshyam Bhandari visited the BCB on Wednesday (September 16) and met BCB President Tamim Iqbal. They discussed the proposed tour and greater cricket cooperation between the two countries.
The BCB also assured the Nepal Cricket Association of support for the development of cricket in Nepal. Areas of cooperation will include men’s and women’s team tours, high-performance programmes, training, technical support and other development activities.
