Govt to ensure children’s bright future: Dr Moyeen 

Minister for Local Government, Rural Development and Co-operatives Dr. Abdul Moyeen Khan has said that the government is working to ensure a bright future for children. Working for children means working for the future of the country. The children of today will take Bangladesh forward in the days to come, he added.

He said this on Wednesday morning at a seminar titled “50 Years in Children’s Dreams: Experiences of Achievements and Bangladesh of Tomorrow”, organised at Bangladesh Shishu Academy on the occasion of Children’s Rights Day 2026 and the 50th anniversary celebration of the academy.

He said, “Today’s children will become full-fledged citizens of the country in the future and will build the nation. This is a difficult responsibility.
