US President Donald Trump’s suit has sparked debate after its inner label revealed the American menswear brand Jos. A. Bank during a campaign rally in Nebraska.

The brand sources garments from countries including Bangladesh and China, raising speculation that Trump’s suit may have been made in Bangladesh. However, its exact country of origin has not been confirmed.

Trump has repeatedly promoted his “America First” agenda and called for greater use of American-made products. Critics have pointed to the possibility of him wearing an imported suit as a contradiction of his message.

The suit, reportedly worth around $250, has also drawn attention because Trump has previously worn expensive custom-made suits from Italian luxury brand Brioni.

Neither Trump’s team nor the White House had immediately commented on the issue.
