DESCO urges prepaid customers to recharge before Puja holidays

The Dhaka Electric Supply Company PLC (DESCO) has urged prepaid electricity customers to recharge their meters sufficiently ahead of the Durga Puja holidays to ensure an uninterrupted power supply.

In a press release issued on Saturday, October 17, DESCO requested prepaid customers to maintain an adequate balance during the holiday period.

Customers can contact DESCO’s helplines at 16120 or 16999 for assistance, the utility said.
