STAMCH gets new director

GAZIPUR, Oct 27: Dr Mohammad Kamrul Islam has been appointed as the new director of Gazipur Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmad Medical College Hospital (STAMCH). A notification in this connection was issued by the Health Services Department on October 26. The notification was signed by Deputy Secretary Saiful Islam on the order of the President.

Dr Mohammad Kamrul Islam (Code: 112861) has been promoted from the post of Associate Professor (Orthopaedics) of STAMCH and given the responsibility of Director (Current Responsibilities) of the same hospital.

He will join his new job by October 28, 2026. The notification states that this order has been issued in the public interest.
