Housewife found hanging in Pirojpur

PIROJPUR, Dec 30:  Police recovered the hanging body of a young housewife from her husband's house in Nazirpur Upazila of the district on Sunday night. 
 
The deceased was identified as Jannatul Ferdous, 19, wife of Md Ismail Hossain, a resident of Ramvadrah Village under the upazila. 

It was known that the body of Jannatul Ferdous was found hanging at night.

Being informed, police recovered the body from the scene and sent it to Pirojpur Sadar Hospital morgue for an autopsy.

The deceased's family members alleged that Jannatul might have been beaten to death and then, her body was hanged to show it as suicide. 

Officer-in-Charge of Nazirpur Police Station Mahmud Al Farid confirmed the incident, adding that the actual reason behind her death would be known after getting the autopsy report.
