Construction worker dies after falling from Khulna under-construction building

A construction worker has died after falling from the roof of an under-construction building in Khulna.

The deceased Bazlu ,50, is the son of Babar Ali, a resident of Kushkhali area of Satkhira Sadar.

According to witnesses, he died after falling from the 15th floor of the under-construction cancer unit of Khulna Medical College Hospital at around 12 PM on Tuesday.

Confirming the death, Sonadanga Police Station officer-in-charge Md. Rafiqul Islam said that the post-mortem report has been prepared and the victim's family members have been informed.

He also added that the body will be handed over to the family after completing the necessary legal arrangements.
