Probe report deferred again

A Dhaka court has deferred submission of the further investigation report in the murder case of Inquilab Mancha spokesperson Sharif Osman Hadi, setting April 19 as the next date.

Dhaka Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Jeshita Islam fixed the new date on Thursday after Assistant Superintendent of Police Abdul Kadir Bhuiyan of CID, failed to submit the report.

Earlier, on January 15, complainant Abdullah Al Jaber filed a no-confidence petition against the Detective Branch (DB) charge sheet.
