Filling station fined at Ghoraghat

GHORAGHAT, DINAJPUR, Apr 23: A mobile court led by Ghoraghat Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) and Executive Magistrate Rubana Tanjin fined the Sadhana Filling Station in Ghoraghat Municipality of the district Tk 20,000 on Wednesday afternoon for selling about 1,500 liters of petrol without a fuel card.

According to the upazila administration sources, based on the complaint that the filling station had been selling petrol without a fuel card, the mobile court visited the station, checked the sales register and after finding the truth of the allegation, fined the amount. The mobile court also warned it to refrain from such activities in the future.
