MP Mostafizur opens construction of three roads at Porsha

PORSHA, NAOGAON, May 8: MP of Naogaon-1 Constituency Mostafizur Rahman inaugurated the project of three HBB road construction works in Porsha Upazila of the district on Wednesday morning.

The  project is being implemented by the Department of Disaster Management of the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief at a cost of Tk 1,26,83,097.30.

The roads are: 630 metres from Khatipur Main Road in Chhaor Union to Nasim Shah's house, 570 metres from Khatipur Bishar's house to Shukandighi, and 300 metres from Baragram Shahpara Pakar Matha in Ghatnagar Union to Shamsul's house. 

Upazila Nirbahi Officer Rakibul Islam, OC Ziaur Rahman, Project Implementation Officer Mahmudul Haque Titu, BNP General Secretary Sadequl Islam, and former senior vice-president Taufiqur Rahman Shah were present. 

Besides, MP Mostafizur Rahman distributed money among various sick people at noon.
