Asaduzzaman Noor gets bail in 2 cases

The High Court has granted bail to former cultural affairs minister Asaduzzaman Noor in two murder cases filed after the fall of Awami League the government in 2024.

The bench of Justice KM Zahid Sarwar and Justice Sheikh Abu Taher gave the order on Sunday.

Lawyer ZI Khan Panna represented Noor in court. Deputy Attorney General Shayla Sharmin and Assistant Attorney General Md Alamin represented the state.

Panna told bdnews24.com, "We have had three hearings in these two cases. Earlier, we received a rule on the bail issue. Today, the rule was made absolute (granted)." �"bdnews24
