BD team achieves landmark global success

Bangladeshi delegation made history by securing its first-ever trainee award at International Laparoscopic Events in Shilong, India recently, marking a significant breakthrough in international professional recognition, with Dr Abdullah Al Mamun leading the team.

The achievement came as a proud moment for the country, as the team demonstrated exceptional performance, discipline, and technical competence in a competitive global training environment. 

This is the first time that Bangladeshi trainees have received such an award on foreign soil, setting a new benchmark for future participants.

Dr Abdullah Al Mamun led from the front, ensuring that every member of the team maintained high standards and delivered results under pressure. His leadership played a decisive role in shaping the outcome, as he coordinated strategy, guided preparations, and maintained strict focus on excellence throughout the programme.
