Van driver kills self at Singra

SINGRA, NATORE, June 27: An auto-van driver committed suicide by hanging himself from a rope in the Nilchara Beel of Singra Upazila of the district on Saturday morning. 

The deceased Manjil, 60, was the son of late Kefatullah Pramanik of Puthimari Village in Sherkol Union of the upazila. 
Officer-in-Charge of Singra Police Station Rafiqul Islam said that the deceased had two wives. He might have committed suicide due to a family dispute. On information the body was recovered and sent to the Natore morgue for an autopsy.

An unnatural death case was filed with the police station in this connection. Legal action will be taken based on the investigation report of the body.
