Bollywood superstar Amir Khan is set to marry with Gouri Spratt, Sunday, in an intimate ceremony at his sea-facing residence in Mumbai's Bandra. Preparations are in full swing at the actor's Rs 700 million home.
Around 150 guests, including several of Aamir's close friends from the film industry, such as producers and directors, are expected to attend.
The actor is marrying for the third time. His children from his previous marriages, as well as Gauri's son from her previous relationship, are expected to attend.
Aamir first married Reena Dutta in 1986. Although their 16-year marriage ended, they have maintained a cordial relationship for the sake of their children and are still seen together at important family occasions.
In December 2005, Aamir married filmmaker Kiran Rao in a private ceremony. However, that marriage also ended, and Aamir is now beginning a new chapter in his personal life with his third marriage.
Among those expected to attend the wedding are Aamir's longtime friend and filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker and producer-director Rajkumar Santoshi, along with close family members.
It remains unclear whether Aamir's former wives, Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao, will be present at the ceremony.
