Iran's Quranic messages to its peers

In front of the delegations of various countries of the world attending the last farewell and state mourning ceremony of former Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in Tehran, Iran, Tehran has delivered a unprecedented diplomatic message by reciting specific verses of the Holy Quran without giving any political or bilateral speeches.
