2 more die of measles 

Two more children died of measles symptoms in the country in 24 hours on Frida while 1,085 have been hospitalized with measles and measles symptoms during the same period. 

According to the bulletin of the Directorate General of Health Services on Friday, one person died in Sylhet division, the other in Barisal division. 
With this, the number of deaths due to measles and measles symptoms has increased to 837 since mid-March. Of these, 96 people were infected with measles. The rest died with measles symptoms.

The highest number of deaths due to measles and like symptoms, 382, has been reported in Dhaka division. Next is Sylhet division, where 112 have died. Apart from this, 93 have died in Rajshahi, 72 in Mymensingh, 71 in Chittagong, 64 in Barisal, 32 in Khulna and 11 in Rangpur division.

The DGHS says that as of from March 15 to July 31, the number of patients admitted to various hospitals in the country with measles and measles symptoms has increased to 1,44,369.

Of these, 16,059 people were infected with measles. The rest had symptoms of measles.

During this time, a total of 110,987 patients have been admitted to the hospital, of whom 106,859 have already returned home after receiving discharge.
