Youth’s body found hanging at Karail home

Police have recovered a body of a youth from a residence at Karail under Banani Police Station.

The deceased was identified as Anik, 25. He was an office assistant of a private institution.

The body was recovered from a rented house of Jaman Miah at Jamaibazar around 5:15AM on Friday (July 31). Later the dead body was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) morgue for autopsy.

Banani Police Station SI said, ''Being informed we moved to the spot and recovered the body. After legal procedure, we send it to the hospital for autopsy.''

SI Najmul Hasan said that according to Anik’s neighbour, Anik had committed to suicide due to family feud.
