Prime Minister Tarique Rahman extended his warm congratulations to Luca Niculescu on assuming office as the Prime Minister of Romania, reaffirming Bangladesh's commitment to strengthening bilateral ties.

The Bangladesh Embassy in Romania shared the message in a statement on its social media page.

In his congratulatory message, Prime Minister Tarique Rahman wished Prime Minister Niculescu success in his leadership role and reaffirmed Bangladesh's dedication to deepening the longstanding friendly relations between the two nations.

He expressed optimism that bilateral cooperation would expand further in the coming years, particularly in trade, manpower deployment, and other areas of mutual interest.

The Prime Minister also expressed his eagerness to work closely with his Romanian counterpart to enhance bilateral partnership and mutual welfare for the peoples of both countries.

Furthermore, Tarique Rahman conveyed his good wishes for the health and well-being of the Romanian Prime Minister, as well as the continued progress and prosperity of the people of Romania.
