Football clash kills one

One person is killed and five other people get injuries in a clash between two different factions due to a football match between children in Tahirpur upazila of Sunamganj district on Saturday.
The deceased was Al Amin, 45. This clash took place in Baliyaghat village under Sreepur North Union.
It is noted from sources of both police and local residents that a clash occurred after one child injured another child unintentionally during a football match. This issue was resolved temporarily, but tensions arose again the next day.
During this clash, Al Amin was badly injured and eventually died in Tahirpur Upazila Health Complex. In addition, five other people got injuries.
Family members of the victim claimed that Abdun Noor, Latif, Abdul Quddus, Zakir and other people committed this clash. The accused are reported to be absconding.
Tahirpur Police OC Faruk Ahmed confirmed the occurrence and claimed that police are searching for the involved people to arrest them.
