3 more die of measles

Three more children died from measles-like symptoms in 24 hours until 8am Tuesday, bringing Bangladesh's combined tally of confirmed and suspected measles-related deaths to 918.

The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) disclosed the information in its regular measles report on Tuesday.

The report said that these deaths occurred between 8 am on Monday and 8 am Tuesday. With this, 819 people have died of measles symptoms since March 15. And 99 people have died of confirmed measles. The total number of deaths is 918.
