Jorgacha Degree College celebrates founding day

SANTHIA, PABNA, Aug 20: On the occasion of the 24th founding day of Jorgacha Degree College in Santhia Upazila of the district, a discussion meeting, cake cutting and Milad Mahfil were held at the college hall on Thursday organised by the Cultural Committee.

Chaired by the convener of the committee and Assistant Professor Shamim Ara Shikha and moderated by the committee member and Assistant Professor Mizanur Rahman, the programme was addressed by the teacher representative and Assistant Professor Anwar Hossain Ullas as the principal speaker. 

Other speakers included Assistant Professor Rashed Salah Uddin Babu, teacher representative and Assistant Professor Abul Kalam Azad, Assistant Professor Abdul Hai of the General Branch and Assistant Professor Abdul Hai of the BMT Branch. 

Assistant Professor Abul Bashar conducted the recitation and supplication from the Quran at the programme. Teachers, employees and students of the college were present at that time.
