US-Bangla Airlines to resume Dhaka-Jashore flights

US-Bangla Airlines, one of the leading private air carriers in Bangladesh, has announced the resumption of its flight operations on the Dhaka-Jashore route starting September 9, 2026. The move comes in response to long-standing demand from residents of Greater Jashore.

To strengthen domestic air connectivity and offer safe, convenient, and time-efficient travel options, the airline will operate two round-trip flights daily, three days a week - Saturday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

US-Bangla will deploy its 72-seat ATR 72-600 aircraft for service on the route.

Under the updated schedule, the morning flight will depart Dhaka at 9:30 AM and land in Jashore at 10:15 AM. The return flight will leave Jashore at 10:45 AM and arrive at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 11:30 AM.

The second daily flight will depart Dhaka at 4:45 PM and reach Jashore at 5:30 PM. The return flight will depart Jashore at 6:00 PM and land in Dhaka at 6:45 PM.

The minimum one-way fare for the Dhaka-Jashore route is set at Tk 5,749, while the minimum return fare is Tk 11,498. Both prices include all applicable taxes and surcharges.

US-Bangla Airlines began commercial operations on July 17, 2014, by launching its maiden flight on the Dhaka-Jashore route. The carrier currently operates regular domestic flights from Dhaka to Cox’s Bazar, Chattogram, Sylhet, Saidpur, and Rajshahi.

Restoring air connectivity is expected to assist passenger travel for business, education, medical treatment, and tourism, while promoting overall economic activity across the region.

The airline noted it will monitor passenger demand and market conditions, with plans to increase flight frequencies on the route in the future based on operational feasibility.
