BOU publishes SSC Exam results

GAZIPUR, Aug 27: The results of SSC Examination-2026 under Bangladesh Open University (BOU) have been published on Thursday. The average pass rate is 63.74 per cent.

This year, 30,816 students participated in the first and second year exams. The number of students participating in the final exam is 12,024. Out of these, 7,664 students passed. Among the students who passed the final exam, 4,725 were male and 2,939 were female.

BOU Controller of Examinations (Acting) Md Habibullah Mahmud on Thursday handed over the examination results gazette to the BOU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Mohammad Siddiqur Rahman Khan who officially announced the results.

The Vice-Chancellor congratulated the successful students and said, “Those who could not pass this time should not be disappointed and should continue their education by participating in the examination again.”

The SSC Exam-2026 result announcement programme was broadcast live on BOU’s Facebook Live. The results will be available on the website result.bou.ac.bd.
