DMP reshuffles three DCs, five ADCs

The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has reshuffled three deputy commissioners (DCs) and five additional deputy commissioners (ADCs), assigning them to new posts.

The changes were made through two separate office orders signed by DMP Commissioner Mosleh Uddin Ahmed on Sunday.

According to one order, DC Md Sharaf Uddin has been transferred to the Procurement and Workshop Division. DC Md Azad Rahman, previously serving in the Traffic-Wari Division, has been posted to the Diplomatic Security Division.

Mohammad Nur-e-Alam, DC of the City Research and Development Division, has been appointed DC of the Traffic-Wari Division.

Under another order, ADC Md Sonahar Ali of the Detective Branch's Mirpur Division has been transferred to the Detective-Gulshan Division.

ADC Md Sajjad Hossain of the Welfare and Force Division has been posted to the Cantonment Zone of the Gulshan Division, while Mohammad Abir Hasan, previously serving in the Cantonment Zone, has been transferred as staff officer at the DMP Commissioner's Office.

ADC Md Ziaur Rahman Chowdhury of the Detective Branch's Ramna Division has been transferred to the POM-East Division.

ADC Md Nazrul Islam of the POM-East Division has been posted to the Ramna Zonal Team of the Detective Branch's Ramna Division.
