Dear Sir,
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become one of the major drivers of technological change, with its use expanding rapidly in education, healthcare, business, media and other sectors. This has raised concerns as well as created new possibilities for employment.
As AI can perform many tasks quickly and accurately, demand for some traditional jobs, particularly routine and repetitive ones, may decline. However, AI is also creating new professions and employment opportunities. Therefore, it should not be viewed only as a cause of job loss. People need to acquire new skills, receive proper training and develop creativity to adapt to technological changes.
The government and educational institutions should take effective initiatives to equip young people with modern skills. Alongside technological knowledge, ethical values and human qualities must also be strengthened. With proper preparation and responsible use, AI can become a greater opportunity than a threat to employment and economic development.
