Minister Tuku hospitalised

Tanvir Hossain, hospital accounts officer, told bdnews24.com on Tuesday night that the minister was taken to the CCU from the emergency department after arriving at the hospital about an hour earlier.

He could not confirm what health problem had brought the minister to hospital.

Asked whether Iqbal had suffered a heart attack or arrived with chest pain, he said only emergency department doctors could provide that information.

Tanvir also could not give any details about Tuku’s condition. Ministry spokesperson Md Arif Sadek also confirmed the minister’s hospital admission.�"bdnews24
