Film actress Prarthana Fardin Dighi has stunned fans with a dramatic transformation; dropping six kilograms in just two months and unveiling a striking new look at Cox's Bazar beach.

The former child star turned leading lady recently opened up about her intense fitness journey, revealing that sudden weight gain had left her feeling uncomfortable on screen. Noticing that she appeared bulkier before the camera, Dighi immediately launched a disciplined mission to reshape her physique.

Determined to achieve her goals, the actress cut out traditional staples from her daily routine. A self-described devout rice lover, she completely eliminated carbohydrates from her diet for two months, restricting herself to eating rice only once a week.

"My life right now is oil-free and full of vegetables. I eat boiled eggs, boiled vegetables, and oil-free chicken cooked in the oven. I'm eating everything that has no fat," Dighi shared, keeping her peak weight a secret while confirming plans to shed another four kilograms.

Dighi first captured national fame as a child actor with her iconic "Moyna Pakhi" dialogue alongside her father, winning a National Film Award for Best Child Artist in her debut movie “Kabuliwala.”

She is currently preparing for her upcoming web film “Phera,” produced by RTV and directed by young filmmaker Sumon Dhar. Dighi will star opposite Yash Rohan, with shooting set to begin shortly.
