Actor Pavel breaks silence over leaked video call clip

Small-screen actor Saidur Rahman Pavel, widely recognized for his role as 'Zakir' in the hit drama series Bachelor Point, has come under heavy public scrutiny following the leak of a sensitive video clip.
The controversy erupted after a 45-second video surfaced on social media platforms, showing the actor engaging in compromising gestures during a video call with a woman.
Addressing the media following the backlash, Pavel clarified his position regarding the leaked clip. "The woman in the video is just a friend of mine. We do not have any other relationship beyond that," Pavel told reporters.
Pavel first gained popularity in both Bangladesh and West Bengal as the joint second runner-up in Season 9 of the Indian comedy reality show Mirakkel Akkel Challenger.
He made his formal acting debut in Topu Khan's drama Caught Behind. However, his career reached new heights with Kajal Arefin Ome's Bachelor Point, where his portrayal of 'Zakir' earned him nationwide acclaim.
