Over 100 activists of banned AL detained from Jasad office

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) detained more than 100 leaders and activists of the banned Awami League from the main office of the Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (Jasad) at GPO intersection in the capital's Gulistan on Saturday while holding a clandestine meeting there.

The detentions took place at around 2:30PM, according to police.
